Lately opening my shop has become a bit of a "running with the bulls" kind of scenario. For me it isn't that bad because I sit behind a computer screen and watch orders come in. But for my customers they feel rushed and I've even seen people say it raises their blood pressure! This is not what I wanted for my customers. I want your shopping experience to be an easy one. So, I have decided to TRY pre-ordering. I do not know how this is going to go seeing that it will be my first time doing it. So please, read the requirements and bare with me while I attempt to make my customers happy and keep my sanity at the same time lol.

I am opening the shop today around 6 pm EST and will put a pre-ordering form up on this webpage in a new tab on Monday 4/30. EDIT: THE PRE-ORDER FORM WILL BECOME AVAILABLE ON WEDNESDAY SO I HAVE A CHANCE TO CATCH UP ON PREVIOUS ORDERS AND GET GLITTERS IN TO MAKE MORE POLISHES THAT I WILL NOW ADD TO THE "AVAILABLE POLISHES" LIST. Once I get a certain amount of orders I will stop taking them while I catch up and work on invoicing. I will list the requirements in this post as well as the polishes that will be available for pre-order.

Requirements:
1.) There will be a $1 fee for all full sized bottles purchased and a $0.50 fee for all minis purchased.
That will make the price of a Full Sized polish $9.50 and the size of a mini $5.25.

2.) All orders must have a final product total of $25 or more. This is great for group orders.
However unless you contact me prior to ordering I would like to keep orders for the same polish at a 4 bottle maximum per order.

3.) Shipping rates will be the same as if you were ordering directly off of etsy. They are as follows:

Full Size 15 mL:
US: $2.85 & $0.45 for each additional
Canada: $4 & $0.50 for each additional
United Kingdom: $5 and $1 for each additional
Everywhere Else $6.50 and $1.75 for each additional

Mini 5 mL:
US: $2.60 & $0.35 for each additional
Canada: $3.95 & $0.50 for each additional
United Kingdom: $4 & $0.75 for each additional
Everywhere Else: $6 & $1.25 for each additional

4.) Pre-orders are MADE TO ORDER so it could be up to (but not more than) 2 weeks for processing and shipping.

5.) Once invoiced there cannot be any changes made to your order. Including adding to it. It can also not be added to an etsy transaction.

6.) No refunds, returns, or exchanges. 


Once I get your order form in I will go over it and if I can make your order I will invoice you. If you have ordered a polish that I cannot make I will message you and ask if you would like to go through with the rest of your order. Once invoiced there can be no changes made to your order. Including adding on to it. Pre-orders cannot be combined with etsy orders.

Pre-Orders can only be made through paypal invoice for now. Until I know how this is going to go and how easy/hard it will be I want to keep all of the orders in order and have them all in one place.

There is a chance that I will get to your order and something has gone wrong and I have to refund you for a polish. Stuff happens that is out of our hands sometimes. If this does happen you will receive an email as well as a refund for that one polish.

While doing pre-orders I will continue to stock the etsy store. There will not be as many polishes in stock though and some polishes are going to switch to pre-order only.

I have several brand new China Glaze holos left over from when I dusty hunted and everyone is using my order for to ask for my etsy polishes lol.
